Bearden Hill welcomes a new entry into the dining and entertainment scene with the Bearden Hill Fieldhouse.  The restaurant and pub occupies the building that formerly housed Nature’s Pantry.  As you enter, you will be greeted with an open atmosphere and two levels of dining and entertainment.  A massive selection of flat panels lines the walls for sporting events and booths. high-tops and bar dining seats are available.  The second level of the restaurant hosts games and pool tables.  The Lunch Crew visited the restaurant and found the patrons to be light on a Thursday at lunch.  Our waiter carefully informed us that the restaurant had not started advertising yet.  Based on a review of the Facebook page, the appetizer of choice is the Pickles & Rings.  That is fried dill pickles and banana peppers with a house made Summit dipping sauce.  The Lunch Crew chose this as our appetizer and was quite impressed!!  On our visit, the Chicken Tenders Basket was a popular choice and would be rated above O’Charleys Tenders simply due to the fact that the tenders were hot, juicy and were not excessively battered.  The in-house cut russet potatoes were better than Five Guys potato fires.  The Fieldhouse will far exceed the Bearden gamut of restaurants provided that the service continues to be top notch.  The Knoxville News-Sentinel Grub Scout concurs.
