That meaning, that the management keeps menu items open to local availability.  As such, much of the beef is supplied by Mitchell Family Farms in Blaine, Tennessee.  Bacon comes from Benton’s bacon in Benton, Tennessee.  Much of the vegetables are organically grown year round in Tennessee.  The second part of the menu is the bourbon.  The largest selection of bourbon in Knoxville as well as a full spirit bar with many selections of beer and wine are available. Stock & Barrel offers a relaxed atmosphere to experience our craft burgers and plenty of selections of whiskey for the avid fan and many draft and craft beers as well as multiple domestic beer options.  35 Market Square offers a whole new experience than any other restaurant in Knoxville. ****1/2
