Brazeiros Brazilian Steakhouse is an all new concept available to Knoxville diners.  Churrasco is the cooking style that translates from Portugese to English as "barbecue".  With that said, no waiting in lines but the dining style is a smorgasbord of grilled meats served directly to your table.  Brazeiros offers an extensive salad bar and mashed potatoes, carmelized bananas and polenta are served as sides.  All items are all you can eat.  Periodically, "Meat Waiters" will deliver a large skewer to your table and will offer various cuts/temps of meat right at your table.  Meat selections include bacon wrapped fliet mignon, chicken, ribs, pork and lamb.  The average cost per person is $40.  Drinks and any alcoholic beverages and desserts are an extra charge.  Service is reported to be excellent.
