At Carrabba’s all ingredients are chopped fresh and prepared in a partially open kitchen.  Everything is a bit upscale and freshness definately sets any Italian food as a family event.  Although Olive Garden has the market on friends and family, Carrabba’s is bit more intimate and tends to go toward healthy rather than whats popular.  For instance, OG’s very popular salad is served with iceberg lettuce, Carrabba’s has a much healthier Romaine lettuce with celery.  Both offer fresh ingredients, freshly prepared entrees and you will wait at either restaurant during peak dining hours.
