Cumberland Avenue Strip and was located downstairs.  The upper level was known as the Cumberland Grill.  The restaurant is long known for casual up-scale dining among students and the general public alike.  While the upper level has more of a sports bar feel with TVs in the bar area with bright natural lighted dining areas.  Downstairs has the feel of being in a cellar at an upscale steak house.  The downstairs has a more dimly lit bar and dining area.  People come here for celebrations as well as a romantic dinner.  The Upper level emphasizes the salads, sandwiches, burgers as well as chicken and steak entrees.  The downstairs level has more of the steak and chicken entrees.       The restaurant is busy during any of the peak dining hours, limited parking is available behind the restaurant.  Reservations are accepted and            recommended during peak times.  Notable items on the menu include Copper Cellar’s Chicken Salad which is made fresh and peppered-up            with black pepper,  the burger selections are good and topped with fresh ingredients.  The Friday & Saturday Prime Rib Specials are also            notably good.
