| The Copper Cellar is a Knoxville "home grown" restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to commorate a special occasion rather than your typical meal out. The Cumberland Avenue restaurant has a dark and cool atmosphere and is located below the Cumberland Grill. However, some of the pricing on food items are a bit high, but the quality is generally good. Service can be good at times and during peak hours the wait can be lengthy. This is a place for Volunteer fans to crowd together and enjoy good times on the strip. The Cappuccino's/W. Knoxville location is slightly more upscale and has a high profile along Kingston Pike near West Town Mall. |
