| Casa Don Gallo is tucked away into a neighborhood location, patio dining is available and the interior dining resembles a bistro type atmosphere. Service is typically good and our lunch crew currently recommends Casa Don Gallo as Knoxville's best Mexican Restaurant. The lunch crew has visited the Northshore location on numerous occasions and found that the service varies greatly. We have been served quick and we have been served with little attention. On either occasion, the food was consistent. Good! But we sometimes get frustrated with the service. On occasion, our server has been more interested in a few customers in the bar area and an effort has to be made to get refills on chips & salsa as well as drinks. On separate occasions we have been offered drinks to go. So service varies but the food has been consistent. Casa Don Gallo is recommended for the casual Mexican fare. |
