Salads are served cold and you put your own salad dressings on 'em at the condiment and soft drink self-service station.  Be sure to try some of the Italian Ice desserts or some low-fat cheesecake.  You can't beat the price nor can you beat this with any other fast food restaurant.  Remember that this is fast food, the quality is a bit on the cheaper side but well worth the money. 

        A review of the area Fazoli's shows that without exception, the original in Oak Ridge still has the best service and food of any in the Knoxville area.  The Kingston Pike location offer unacceptable drive-thru service but the inside dining experience was better. 

        The interior of the restaurants a very pleasant for a fast food restaurant, unlike the burger places, chairs and tables are the norm.  A self-service station is located in the center of the dining area for dressings and beverages.  The restaurant is filled with Italian surroundings and sometimes Italian based music that is a bit on the loud side.
