A little bit of German in East Tennessee. Although this restaurant has not been personally reviewed by Knoxville Dining at a Glance, we
have collected quite a few notes about the restaurant. If you are planning a visit make it a casual, relaxed visit with plenty of time on hand.
Most items are freshly prepared and that takes time. The restaurant maintains a relaxed atmosphere and most meals will require ample time
to be enjoyed. If you are in a rush, go to McDonald's. Readers report that the food is excellent and if you are not prepared, the wait will not
be acceptable. Most would recommend a 1.5 to 2.5 hours for this dining experience. This restaurant was voted Knoxville's Most Under-rated
Restaurant. We have since been informed that the relaxed European style service has been accelerated. If you want a quick service meal
or a relaxed slower service meal, all you need to do is let your server know.
