The burrito chains continue to grow with the entry of Qdoba to the Knoxville market.  In the spirit of Moe's and Salsarita's, Qdoba comes in as a strong contender.  Walk through the line and build your own burrito or select a signature burrito and add ingredients to it.  Qdoba prides itself on quality, fresh ingredients.  Also on the menu you will find chips and salsa, quesadillas, salads and soups.  One signature item comes highly recommended and that is the Mexican Gumbo.  The gumbo is a hearty soup comparable to tortilla soup with a kick.  The service is quick and the dining area is adequate.  This is a quick service restaurant that hits the spot--outside the bun.

Sauces & Salsas
Poblano Pesto
Our inspired union of roasted poblano peppers, green chiles, cilantro, garlic, almonds and pine nuts, blended together to create a deeply flavorful sauce like no other.
Warm Mole Sauce
Dreamed up in a convent in 1860, mole has a history as rich as its flavor. We stayed true to both with a heady fusion of dark semisweet chocolate, chili pepper and garlic.
Warm Ranchera Sauce
Our chunky Tex Mex sauce is one hearty recipe. Tomatoes, red onions, garlic, lemon juice and poblano peppers. We bring it all together just right and serve it up warm.
Homemade Guacamole
Every morning, it starts as a shopping list. Fresh avocados, jalapeños, red onions, cilantro, lime. Soon after, it's so much more. On a chip or in a burrito, our fresh guacamole never fails.
Warm 3-Cheese Queso
What's a homemade chip without queso? Our warm cheese dip blends monterey jack, American and cheddar cheeses with roasted poblano peppers, tomatoes, garlic and spices.
Pico de Gallo Salsa
Who says mild has to mean boring? We chop up fresh tomatoes, jalapeños, red onions and cilantro, throw in a little lime juice and salt, and watch it all come to life.
Roasted Chile Corn Salsa
There's no single great complement to corn. There are six. Roasted poblano peppers, roasted red peppers, red onions, jalapeños, cilantro and a dash of lime.
Salsa Verde
This salsa is all about the tangy tomatillo. Garlic and cilantro round things out while jalapeños add the right amount of kick.
Salsa Roja
You might not recognize your favorite pepper. Blended in with roasted tomatoes, garlic and spices, the jalapeño takes on a whole new personality here.
Fiery Habañero Salsa
Proof you don't have to sacrifice flavor for heat. Sure it's loaded with one of the hotter peppers on the planet. It's also got plenty of garlic, tomatillos and spices.

Not just grilled quesadillas. Grilled right in front of you grilled quesadillas.
All Quesadillas come with sides of fresh guacamole, sour cream and your choice of salsa.
