Sagebrush is very much another Roadhouse
type restaurant. Shell the peanuts and toss the hulls to the floor.
A wide variety of roadhouse type food on the menu, steak and chicken are
the staples. Sagebrush has an excellent menu of appetizers.
Fresh bread is served with every meal. Often, baked potatoes are
served that were baked the previous evening (you can tell!!) and the steak
cuts often have a lot of fat. Condiments on the table are typically
old and/or spoiled. Many complaints have been received
regarding Sagebrush, and this restaurant is not recommended.
NOTE TO THOSE WHO EAT OUT: This website has been the recipient of a massive amount of complaints from diners of Sagebrush. Not only locations in the East Tennessee area, but also those particularly in North Carolina. Personally I have dined at 4 different Sagebrush locations and all were consistently the worst meals this restaurant could serve. At one time, the Oak Ridge, location was doing a fairly good job, but the last visit showed all of the signs of a restaurant trying it's hardest to get rid of its customers. Again, this restaurant is not recommended! |
