            The Sunspot is just that, a bright change of pace for today's dining customer.  Sunspot is brought to you by the same owners of Aubrey's Cafe.  That being said, you are assured of quality ingredients and good service.  The Sunspot is uniquely decorated with a bright sunspot on the inside brick wall and old doors separating the main dining area.  There is a full service bar located in the restaurant with plenty of TVs for game day.  The kitchen is somewhat open to the restaurant and can be fully viewed on the terrace at the back entrance of the restaurant.

            Your meal will begin with freshly made tomatilla salsa and chips.  We were told that the salsa does not contain peppers and is made fresh every day.  Everything on the menu is different!  This is primarily a vegetarian restaurant but the menu does have entrees that contain meat (primarily chicken).  You'll find delightfully different items on the menu such as a Jerk-Chicken Burrito topped with Mango Chutney.  The surprising flavor combinations may take you a while to adjust, but you'll end up lovng it.  Daily specials are served every day along with an amazing dessert menu.  Your food will arrive attractively arranged on your plate, perhaps too good to eat.

            If you are looking for something that is different from the ordinary, visit the Sunspot which is located near the center of the U.T. Strip.  Limited parking is available behind the restaurant and you can enter thru the back of the restaurant.  A hostess will greet you regardless of which entrance you use.  Enjoy!
