We slow-roast and season our thinly shaved prime rib to medium rare, then serve

Your Mama never had Hickory Nut Gap Farm’s hormone-free mountain-raised beef to
make her loaf. But we do. We blend the beef with a little bacon, put it in the oven until it’s
perfection and top it with our rosemary tomato shallot gravy. It’s served with scratch-
made mac ‘n cheese and garnished with asparagus spear.

We build this one fantastic layer at a time: Goat Cheese Grits topped with salsa verde

The next biggest thing to hit Knoxville will be the grand opening of Tupelo Honey Cafe. #1 Market Square has been transformed to accomodate
Tupelo Honey Cafe. Known to put a spin on traditional Southern cuisine to make it gourmet southern cuisine. The primary restaurant in
Asheville, North Carolina has been in operation for more than a decade and has a cult following. Tupelo serves locally grown products as much
as possible and owns its own farm just a few miles south of Johnson City, Tennessee. The Asheville restaurant has been so popular, owners
recently opened a second Asheville location. Shortly thereafter, incentives offered by the Oliver Hotel in Knoxville lured a third location to
Knoxville’s Market Square. Since the announcement of the Knoxville location (months from opening) Tupelo Honey Cafe has been active in
almost all of Market Square’s activities. THC had a presence at the 2012 Biscuit Festival and has had recruiting personnel on Market Square
and beyond since. THC’s restaurant concept has taken basic Southern (Blue Ridge/Appalachia) foods and put a flair into the recipes and
servings like no other restaurant. The lounge at THC Market Square has taken a Southern Icon, Moonshine, to a new level with specialty
cocktails. Expect the freshest entrees and long wait lines on Market Square for the next biggest thing to hit Knoxville. Grand Opening this
